Darrowshire Spirits are human ghosts who appear briefly when Cannibal Ghouls, Gibbering Ghouls, and Diseased Flayers are killed in Eastern Plaguelands.
Freeing Darrowshire Spirits is required for Defenders of Darrowshire.
