Kickin' With the Wick

Kickin' With the Wick is awarded to players who defeat the Headless Horseman encounter during Hallow's End while debuffed by all four wickermen before starting the encounter. The central (larger) wickerman can apply all four at once. The debuffs are individual, so each player attempting the encounter must interact with the wickermen.

The debuffs make the encounter marginally harder, generally tasking players with additional movement and killing extra adds.
