Iron Boot Flask

Iron Boot Flask turns the player into an Iron Dwarf for 10 minutes, with a 1 hour cooldown.

If attacked while transformed, it has a roughly 10% chance to proc Electric Discharge, which hits attackers for very limited nature damage, and this effect can be triggered at any level.
