Blacktalon Watcher

Blacktalon Watchers are servants of the Black Prince, Wrathion, that can be found at multiple locations throughout Pandaria, doing various activities. Their intentions are unknown. They are sometimes interacting with Blacktalon Agents.

Some of them also appeared in Nazjatar, the Dragon's Spine in Neltharion's Lair, and the Blackrock Mountain.

Blacktalon Watchers can be found throughout Pandaria, in the Valley of the Four Winds, the Veiled Stair, Kun-Lai Summit, Townlong Steppes, and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, doing various activities, such as (among others):

• Bringing messages to Blacktalon Agents while stealthed.
• Excavating at various locations, and often then proceeding to speak rather cryptically to one another.
• Moving around stealthed throughout the continent.
