Returns true if render layer flattening has been enabled. flatten = Frame:GetFlattensRenderLayers = Frame:GetEffectivelyFlattensRenderLayers
- flatten: - if render layer flattening is enabled.
- will return true only if render layer flattening has been explicitly enabled for this frame.
- will in addition to the above also return true if render layer flattening is implicitly enabled through other frame attributes or APIs.
