Ghostly Citizen
Last wiki revision 2021-01-11
Ghostly Citizens are human ghosts located in Stratholme. They perished when the city was devastated by Arthas Menethil, but don't even seem to realize they are dead.
They were active even during the Burning Legion's third invasion and when the Silver Hand attacked the city.
