Returns instance info for the Encounter Journal. instanceID, name, description, bgImage, buttonImage1, loreImage, buttonImage2, dungeonAreaMapID, link, shouldDisplayDifficulty, mapID = EJ_GetInstanceByIndex(index, isRaid)
