Peaceful Offering

There is a Peaceful Offering next to each of the four Tribal Stones in the Burial Fields in southwestern. The tribal stones are quest objectives for The Dark that Blinds Us, offered by Loreseeker Heidii. Each chest contains a Shadowmoon Offering, 10-20x Garrison Resources, and will debuff the player for 10 minutes with "Desecrator: Your desecration of the Shadowmoon Clan's burial grounds has not gone unnoticed."
