Innkeeper Pala is a tauren innkeeper of the Cat and the Shaman located on lower rise in Thunder Bluff.

During the feast for the Highmountain tauren, she was trapped by the Void.

• In Maltese (the national language of the Republic of Malta, south of Sicily), the word Pala means dustpan or shovel. The funny thing is that Innkeeper Pala is holding a broom in her hand. In Maltese the word Pala is most commonly used with the word 'xkupa' meaning broom in an association which is similar to the English 'bread and butter' (Xkupa u Pala - Broom and Dustpan).
