Soulsteel Anvil

The Soulsteel Anvil, also called the Forge of Domination and Soul Forge, is located at on the highest accessible platform at the Altar of Domination in the Maw. It is capable of soulforging souls (including animal souls) and stygia into constructs through runes of Domination.

Stygia Bar and Armored Husk (item) are created on the anvil as part of the Bound Shadehound acquisition.

  • During development, the original interface for the Runecarver to make legendary armor was called the Forge of Domination.
