Dog Whistle

The Dog Whistle is a usable item which summons Tracking Hound to fight with you.

This item drops from Houndmaster Loksey in the Scarlet Monastery Library with a droprate of approximately 20%.

• The summoned hound is level 34, and will attack anything that attacks its summoner.
• Looting this item is not especially helpful to rogues or druids who use cat form due to the fact that the hound has no stay command and will aggro mobs and bring the player out of stealth.
