Hanging Satchel

The Hanging Satchel is hanging from a tree limb at above a hole in the ceiling of the Waning Crescent in central. Access it from Light's Fall and heading uphill back to the northwest. Jump up the rocks to get to higher ledges a few times, then jump down to the ledge near the mouth of the Waning Crescent. Just be careful not to jump in the hole! Run around to the west side, jump on the branch, and reach for the satchel. It contains the Cragsman Gloves, 3x Potion of Slow Fall, and 10-20x Garrison Resources.
