So the remnants have something to do with the translocator. But what?

Whatever their prior function, they have no power now.

On accept, the player character starts holding a glowing remnant in their hand and a circular "Proximity to the Keystone Reactant" tracker appears at the bottom of the UI. The remnant glows brighter the closer the player gets to the attractant, the Ancient Translocator on the platform overlooking the Sepulcher of the First Ones, southeast of Pilgrim's Grace. On approach:

• Ara catches up with the player.

The translocator is now interactable:

• <The ancient device emits a weak hum.>

However, this causes the Conduction Remnants to fall off the device, which starts smoking.
