Bortega

Bortega is an orc reagents and poison vendor located in the Caverns of Time in Tanaris. Despite being a male orc, he has the voice of a female, which he explains by saying that "time travel does strange things to a body."

No, you aren't hearing things. I actually do have the voice of a young orc woman. But you listen here, <boy/girl>, time travel does strange things to a body.
