Reins of the Thundering August Cloud Serpent

The Reins of the Thundering August Cloud Serpent is an August Celestials reputation reward, sold for from at the Shrine of Seven Stars and at the Shrine of Two Moons in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It requires reputation to purchase.

''From their infancy, Thundering Cloud Serpents are drawn to storms. They have been known to chase lightning through the blackened, roiling clouds, and to bathe in the pouring rain.''
