Emberstone Village

Emberstone Village is a village along the Northgate River in northeastern Gilneas. It survived the worgen curse only to be invaded by the Forsaken. The villagers that did not escape were enslaved and forced to work in the nearby Emberstone Mine. Worgen heroes, after having rescued some of the villagers from the mine, then provided to the village itself to kill the Forsaken Infantry and their leaders, Executor Cornell and Valnov the Mad.

In the Ruins of Gilneas, when the Horde entered the village in order to meet up with Deathstalker Commander Belmont and Arthura, the area was scattered with the corpses of these same Forsaken infantry.
