Findle Whistlesteam

Findle Whistlesteam is a gnomish engineering trainer found inside the Like Clockwork shop within the Magus Commerce Exchange in Dalaran.

He was present in Dalaran when it was above Deadwind Pass and fought against demons when they attacked it. He doesn't appear on the Broken Isles.
