Capacitive Primal Diamond

The Capacitive Primal Diamond is one of Wrathion's Crown of Heaven meta gem purchased in exchange for 5xPrimal Diamond from the Blacktalon Quartermaster behind Wrathion in the Tavern in the Mists. This gem is designed for melee and ranged attackers. Casters, healers, and tanks each have their own gem.

In order to purchase it the player needs to have completed The Crown of Heaven, the legendary quest in patch 5.2.0 involving the Throne of Thunder, before patch 6.0.2.

The "chance to gain Capacitance" has a 21.00 base Real PPM on landing melee/ranged abilities and swings. There is no internal cooldown on the proc. At 5 stacks, fires a Lightning Strike, which deals [280 + 75% Attack power] Nature damage. This is considered a ranged attack for hunters, and a melee attack for everyone else.

Base proc rate is multiplied by an additional coefficient based on spec:

• Courageous Primal Diamond
• Indomitable Primal Diamond
• Sinister Primal Diamond
