API C Timer.After

Last wiki revision 2023-11-06

Schedules a timer. C_Timer.After(seconds, callback)

  • seconds: - Time in seconds before the timer finishes.
  • callback: - Callback function to run.

Prints "Hello" after 2.5 seconds.

Repeating timer which calls itself recursively.

RunNextFrame is a convenient timer with zero seconds delay.

  • With a duration of 0 ms, the earliest the callback will be called is on the next frame.
  • Timing accuracy is limited to the frame rate.
  • C_Timer.After is generally more efficient than using an Animation or OnUpdate script.
