Blizzard Stream Awards

The Blizzard Stream Awards are a set of awards created in 2013 to "provide recognition and cash prizes for the best Blizzard content streamers". The Awards are powered by the streaming platform Twitch.

The 2013 Blizzard Stream Awards featured a total of $45,000 prize money distributed evenly between 13 award categories, representing four Blizzard games - Diablo III, World of Warcraft, StarCraft II and Hearthstone. Only Twitch stream partners who streamed game content from one of the four eligible Blizzard games between January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, were able to qualify for the awards.

Polls were open from January 30th to February 5, 2014, with the results announced Monday February 10, 2014. For a full listing, click here.

There were 13 categories for the 2013 Blizzard Stream Awards. 6 of these categories were data-driven, while the other half were determined by votes cast in polls hosted on the battle.net forums. A planned 7th data-driven category was dropped due to privacy concerns.
