Dark Ascension (priest talent)

Dark Ascension is a Shadow priest talent. When used, it increases all non-periodic shadow damage by 25% for 20 seconds.

It is an exclusive choice node with Void Eruption, and is designed as an alternative to the Voidform playstyle. It functions similarly to the -era talent Archangel.

• Affects the instant damage done by Devouring Plague and Shadow Word: Pain, and the damage dealt by Shadowfiend (or Mindbender).
• Unlike Voidform, Dark Ascension does not grant the full effect of Mastery: Shadow Weaving while active.
