Gauntlets of the Iron Tower are crafted with Blacksmithing (365); taught by Plans: Gauntlets of the Iron Tower, a world drop.
This item is hard to judge in terms of usefulness. Most warriors will be using Felsteel Gloves which are arguably better for PvE, and much cheaper. For PvP, a warrior may wish to use them for the resilience. A paladin who tanks may wish to use them to help with crits, but again, a less than ideal choice. Due to this, the item is usually not highly sought after.
