world_map_near

What is near a place on the map

Entrances, NPCs and vendors near a spot, nearest first, with straight-line distances in yards. Give a zone (name or map id) with x and y from 0 to 100, or an NPC id to start from where that NPC stands. Entrances come from the game files and are unconfirmed. NPCs and vendors are player-observed and listed only where 3 installs agree on the position. Zones the files hold back as possibly unreleased are not offered. Game objects are not listed: no public record gives them a position. Reads Everloot's current authorized public corpus when connected.

Without an MCP client#

The same answer is a GET away: /api/tools/world_map_near with the arguments in the query string. See the endpoint and the recipe.

Call it
curl https://everloot.app/mcp/public \
  --header "content-type: application/json" \
  --header "accept: application/json, text/event-stream" \
  --data '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"world_map_near","arguments":{"zone":"Elwynn Forest","x":42,"y":65}}}'

Arguments show the shape of a call; check the parameters for real values.
