Races that can be a class, with their racial traits

Which races can be one class in WoW: Forever, on which faction, and each race's racial traits (name, active or passive) from the game files (found in game files, unconfirmed, with the build). Narrow to one faction. What each trait does is on the class page, linked from the answer.

Parameters#

classstring, up to 40 charactersrequired: Class name or slug, such as Warlock or warlock.
factionone of: alliance, horde: alliance or horde. Without it, both.
